The available options/trim packages/option packages are better than most other Fords, but they still force you into getting options you don't want just to get options you do want...
I'd like to order an SE because it doesn't have all of the chrome, but the push-button start isn't available on the SE. The only way to get push-button start is to get an SES with the Upgrade Package that comes with even more chrome... Ugh!
One of the features that I really wanted brings every chrome trim piece with it!

One thing I'm really really happy to see though...
Heated CLOTH seats!! Not a fan of full leather seats, but huge fan of heated seats! Perfect!

My Fiesta is coming in at $21,600. (SES, Manual, no leather, 17" wheels) More than I thought it would be, and I can't even select some of the options that I thought I'd be able to (Sunroof, Aero Package). I read they are going to continue adding options, so I'm going to wait and see, but I never really thought I'd pay more for a Fiesta than I did my SVT Focus. I also never thought that a Fiesta with all of the options would top $24,000...
Crazy!
I was thinking about holding off for a while to see if a SVT/ST version was in the pipeline.
Now, I'm beginning to think that even if there were, I don't think I could afford it!

Don't get me wrong, I love the Fiesta and I think it's a great car.
It's just that I had been thinking all along that the FiestaMovement cars were closer to being equal to a $20k US car than a $22k car. $2,000 is substantial, especially when in this price range!

I'm not going to reserve a Fiesta yet, but I may still in a few months once I see some of the other options/accessories on the site. I also want to see the new Focus and it's pricing before making a decision.
