I'm baffled by the reaction to the car not having "real" fog lights, as almost no cars sold in the U.S. do. True fog lights are higher, aim farther down the road, and have a narrow beam meant to cut through the fog. The lights that everyone *calls* fog lights are in reality, driving lights. Personally, I think these more-or-less verticle LED driving lights will look wicked cool (which is all these sort of lights are really for, anyway) at night. My only gripe is that I'm not sure how fond I am of the chromed plastic surrounding the LED array. I'll have to see it in person, and I think it will largely depend on the color of the car.
Concerning the interior, from the photos, which is all I have to go on for either the U.S. and European Fiesta, I think the U.S. interior looks fantastic, and I have no significant disappointments compared to the foreign version. I would like that odd center dash display changed to a proper small multi-color LCD display as you find on any cheap PDA or the 2010 Mazda3, but the same complaint goes for the European version.
