I just checked my reservation number that I was given in December when I reserved my Fiesta,which was the one that I used at the dealer to order my Fiesta,and compared it to the email that I recieved saying that I could order my Fiesta now and I also had two different numbers.
I emailed my reservation specialist and asked her to fix it so I don't lose any of the benefits. I am not as worried about the flash drive as much as I am about losing my build status and SYNC and Premium Sound Rebate.
I will post response when I get one and would suggest that any one else that reserved early and hasn't gotten a flash drive in the mail,or has already ordered their car but still got an email saying that they can now order their car,make sure that your reservation numbers match what the lastest email shows.
If not I would contact your reservation specialist and see if they can fix it.
Even better I know that there is a reservation specialist,Matthew Wolfe,that post on this board at times and if you read this then post on here what we need to do to fix this. I hope it doesn't involve resubmitting order now and delaying arrival of my car even further.
