The Focus will be be a bigger car and that will result in a higher price but you also get more car and features for the money. I realize that additional features don't matter to you but they do to a lot of other people.
The fuel mileage on the next Focus will actually be about the same as the Fiesta with a bigger motor because of direct injection. This also means that the perfomance of the car will be as good or better even with the larger car and added weight.
The handling and brakes will be designed to match the car so there will not be any sacrificing of that either.
On a final note the next Focus will be as close to the EU version which is what you have been hailing for since you came on this board and now just when they are doing what you have been saying you end you post with " Note to ALL car mfrs....stop it! ". Pick a side man pick a side.
