FWIW, so far to 1,000 miles I have averaged about 33-34 MPG combined. I do about 60/40 driving, and my AC has been on for probably have the time.
Not too shabby if you ask me...
As for the 28, I honestly don't know how you are so low. What RPM do you generally shift at? 4,000? lol
