Does roadside include them bringing a spare? I would think they'd change the tire, but might expect it to be there when they show up. Or if the idea is that they would tow it instead? Would they say that the spare is standard equipment, and without it being there and available to install, that the tow would actually be a cost service? Just curious...I can think of better things to do with the space taken up by the spare...

Keep the spare there. I went without one on my previous car. No problems, but if the tire had completely been destroyed, like sometimes they do, the only way they could get it even up on a flatbed, would be to drag it on the wheel itself

Wow, that's a lot of parts for a small increase! Anyone want to hazard a guess as to which of these would be the most "bang for the buck?" I'm sure it's a little contribution from each one, but does the aluminum spare cutting out a few pounds matter more than the front grille blocker? Or would just putting low rolling resistance tires on get you half way there? I'm just curious. I know, nobody's got a wind-tunnel in their garage to try it out. I probably wouldn't go to the trouble to put all this on my car, but if there was something reasonable that I could do to get a little more MPG without sacrificing the ride experience, maybe. To be honest, my other vehicle is a pickup truck - and there's just no comparison on fuel economy. I'm just thrilled I'm not spending over $50 when I fill my Fiesta up!

More than likely tires, but if you increase the psi in your factory tires I bet you'd see gains out of that too.

Hardly worth adding after the fact. Looks like a heck of a long time to break even on the cost of all the parts.
