My UG is calibrated pretty well, it was consistent and within about 2-3 tenths. My calibration is at 1.16. I think they just changed to winter formula here, it was over reporting by 3 mpg on my fill yesterday.

I agree on longer trips the mileage should not be affected much by the cold, but in snow country we get winter formula gas, and all the fun snow and ice we can handle. In my Festiva I used to get around 42mpg with almost all highway driving, in the winter it dropped to 36-38

Even at 39mpg with the amount of city and highway driving I do, I am pretty happy considering her highway mpg is supposed to be 40 and my last car only reached about 21mpg. I maybe at the max I can achieve considering my daily commute?

I wish I could tweak things here or there to reach the 40 mpg club. Being so close is the painful part.

If you have any tips or videos to help i'd greatly appreciate it.
If you want to pick up an mpg or two, drop your highway speed by a couple miles per hour, especially if you are going over 65 mph. An empty roof rack probably costs you an mpg or so at those speeds too.
