Thumbs up Got my HID'S in the car... :)

I finally got my HID'S in and put them in today. Very simple for the most part to do. I was going to do a write up but so wrapped up in doing it that i forgot to take pictures. Here are the pictures. I order 6000k bulbs but they sent me 4300k by accident. I also ordered the Relay Harness. It uses battery power to run the lights instead of pulling power through the factory harness. It takes 70w to turn on the ballast but only 35w to run them. Factory bulbs are 50-55w I ordered the bulbs from Diode Dynamics. They are very good priced, just take a week or 2 to ship... lol

The light beam seams to be pretty good. I know that they are not projectors and throw off extra light. I am just showing people that are interested in this.

If anyone has any questions I will do my best to answer them. I did not drill anything, just found places around the engine bay to mount everything UNDER the headlights.

Again all pictures taken from my phone. Sorry for any messed up words/phrases. I am very tired... lol

Did you order the H11 or H11b kit?

Its illegal to put HID's in standard Halogen Bowl Headlamp units. He's broken the law and is proudly promoting it.

Reaim your bulbs and you'll reduce most the glare. Looks good, did you have to drill the bulb protectors in the housing?
