I think a single coat of Nite Shades would give it a perfect tint, but I don't want to risk losing light output so I won't try it. I'll hold out in hopes that a smoked set of projectors are in the US Fiesta's future.

I think he's talking about taking them apart and doing the inside. As soon as it warms up here in Colorado, I'm gonna do it. I've done a set on my 2005 Civic Coupe I had. As long as you take your time they can come out real nice looking.

Ah. I watched a tutorial on that. I can't imagine the look my wife would give me if I stuck my headlight in the oven to loosen the adhesive.

Yep, I meant panting the chrome part black on the inside. Ill do it after someone else does :P

I used a Dremel to slice the headlights open. Far better I think than putting the headlights in the oven! At the end, it just took a bit of bonding adhesive for plastics to seal everything back together. Just be careful not to get any moisture in there when sealing, so its best to do it on a dry away and away from any water.

pics/tutorial.. we like to see how the test dummies or smarties did it. I live by the hey if he did it i most likely can do it to. when it comes to these little projects at least.
