H11b - H11 conversion harnenss

The harness fits on the driver side but will not fit on the passenger side.

I’ve been looking for some decent low-beams but the H11b bulb is hindering the attempts. Came across this H11B to H11 bulb Conversion Harnesses and am tempted to get it.

I’m holding off until I hear back from the site on whether or not that have an image for the harness. All their other ones do, so I hope they just have not updated the site with it. Pretty sure I’ll buy either way though.

I’ll make sure to report back as I bet others will want to get rid of the headache that is H11b without doing the HID hack conversion.

Please do I want to get a cleaner light with out found hid's and finding h11b light has been a pain.

I did a google search for similar. A bunch of people on the hyundias just made their own harness. The bad part is you have to cut the bulbs from what I read.

I Donno. Wish ford didn't put such a stupid bulb for the low beam.

Have not heard back from the company, but am going to place an order anyways. I have to ‘waste’ some of my tax refund

Should be delivered today, but not before I have to go to work. I’ll get pictures posted but won’t be able to check them out with bulbs until Monday.

And here they are. Would have thought that we would have a full connector on both ends, but this will do the job better than nothing.

Not sure this worth doing unless you really want an upgrade in light. I do have to say the 'B' on the end of H11B stands for bogus, ahem. AND that was one of the first changes I made to my Fiesta, However, I didn't put in H11's, I used H9's, Now THAT's an upgrade. Made the pigtails from scratch and had to modify the lock/tabs to make them work, but work they do.







H11Bogus on the left, H9 on the right. Down the road the increase is well worth it, and is pretty obvious. The Lumens I don't recall specifically right now but the upgrade is around 30%.



That conversion is over a year old, the car has 32K on it, has been from Az to Calif, and Az to Montana with plenty of night driving, since I work nights. It has worked flawlessly. I did the highs too, replacing the 9005's with HIR1's...



Another upgrade of like 30%+ light.

Great idea, just not needed for my driving. Most of my driving is done on roads with more than enough lighting as is, don’t need to be adding much more of my own. I want a cleaner/whiter light, not overly bright low beams.
