I feel for the person, but this is a road hazard!! Their view is blocked! You’ll never convince me that they can see the right hand review mirror… I understood that if your back window is blocked you are required to have a right hand mirror (they used to be options back in the late 60’s and 70’s). Well, this person’s back window is blocked and their view to the mirror is also blocked. At least a fix-it ticket…

I guess my point is that people are getting pulled over for tinted windows and then there are cars like this driving around. I wonder if they get popped for fix-it tickets or if this is a check list issue for those states that have inspections during registration? A car doesn’t fill up like this over night.
I get the impression that it’s like the cops around here in SoCal that ignore the guy selling flowers at the end of the off ramp with out a business lic but nab the speeder going 5 over – I’ve seen this happen. It all boils down to which person is going to have money to justify the interaction and court expenses. |
