ecoboost F150.....

long story short...got to drive a ecoboost mule sunday...signed up on ford site they had 100 spaces open...to my suprise i was chosen...1:00 sunday they brought a 2011 ecoboosted Fx4 supercrew over...my dad has a 2010 3valve 4.6 supercrew 2 wheel drive we tow my mx trailer with...i was blown away by the power of this rig.. 420 lb ft of torque at 2500 rpm...thats almost deisel like...had the truck up to 75 when the my key system was activated...drove it for 30 min. like i stole it and it pulled a 15.5 mpg average...saw 23 mpg when on the highway...gotta start saving my pennies for replacing the 2010 f150 in two years...only thing i thought is it was way to quiet for my tastes...catback exhaust would be first on my list....posted pics on my F.B. page....

I drove one at a "Drive F-150" event and my wife and I both decided right then and there that the EcoBoost F-150 would be our next truck.

Absolutely love that truck!
