Default *RESOLVED* Filed a complaint with the BBB

I can't bite my tongue anymore. Brighton Ford in Colorado has been horrible to deal with in the past couple of days

It started with the last time the Fiesta went in for the rear main seal leak. All the contact has been by me. They said it wold be done Thursday at 2:30PM. I took time off and so did my wife so we could pick it up. We got there and they tell us it developed a vibration with the new tranny and Ford would need to send another one. They didn't think it was necessary to call us to explain. I asked to speak with the service manager but he was gone. We spoke with him today and not only was he defensive, he made it seem as if we were a burden to them. He never apologized or made the slightest attempt to make it right.

BBB complaint filed!

On a side note I called the Ford Customer Service rep and left three messages. I have yet to hear back from them.

Your on the right track. Read my reply to http://fiestafaction.com/forums/welc...html#post74217 and follow through. Your first move by mentioning the dealer name is the first step and a good one.

GOOD FOR YOU!

Dont sit back and let Dealerships treat you like crap! I had a miserable experence with Hackensack Ford back in the 90s. And I believe it was all based on my age and the fact that I purchased a "cheap" car.

Long story short, after 4 years of me fighting with them...there is no Hackensack Ford any longer

Good for you and bummer you're so far up north. We bought our 2012 Focus and Fiesta at GO Courtesy Ford off Broadway/C-470, highly recommend them!! We also know the General Manager personally.

Default BBB complaint resolved

BBB contacted me today. Ford offered me a 5 year 100,000 mile extended power train warranty as a customer service. I was hoping for a little more but I accepted. The car has been flawless (knock on wood) after the 3rd transmission was installed. Just wanted to keep you guys updated.

5/100K? If you took the standard 3/36K warranty this is a pretty good upgrade. Glad you took it ... there's only so much flesh one can take before the target gets balky.
