The drama that was my Fiesta
It's over. The Fiesta is gone. The dealer bought it back (trade in) for about what I would get for a lemon law repurchase and gave me a GREAT deal on a 2012 Focus. Thanks for all the support guys! Here are some pics.
Still not happy with the way Ford handled the situation, but time heals all wounds............and a new Focus.

my laemon law case was 100% of the cost of the + tax, title lic + lawyer fees + 10% of cars value for my time

I'm glad it's all over with. The Focus looks very nice. I'm jealous, I like those better than the Fiesta.
 Hopefully you'll still stick around.

Bitter Sweet
There's someone at my work with a new, black, hatchback, SE, Focus. I. am. so. jealous! They are beautiful and awesome. I am happy for you to be in a car you can love, and sad your Fiesta was such a disaster. You're welcome around here if you like, of course! Share your experience with people thinking about Fiestas; people need to know the whole story.

I'm glad your problem was resolved. We'll miss you. Sometimes the good guys win.  Now a question to all those who are saying their jealous or wish that had a Focus instead, Why don't you? No one held a gun to your head to buy a Fiesta. I myself like the Focus and think its a great car. But I'm not the least bit jealous or envious of the Focus. I would recommend the Focus to friends and relatives but not for myself. I'm perfectly happy with my Fiesta! It meets my needs and the others don't.

To carry on the tone from the last 2 posts, I LOVE my Fiesta, and actually, there are things about the Focus visually that I like less than on the Fiesta. I don't carry passengers very often, so rear seat space isn't really an issue for me. I wouldn't trade my car for much of anything!

Totally agree...I don't like people so the less of them in my back seat, the better.
I loved it when I had my Porsche...sure I had a backseat but a human couldn't sit in it...oh darn, I guess you gotta ride with someone else!
