I just looked at the dates for the AACA Fall Meet in Hershey, PA and if I am not on call that weekend (Columbus Day is Monday) I just might take a bit of a run to ogle a boatload of antique and classic cars.
Gad, I do so hope I'm not holding a call position that weekend! I'd love to get to the meet as I haven't been there since 1981. About 4.5 hours one way not including rest breaks, but if I time it right I can spend nearly a full day with the camera. <looks> I wonder if I should get another 32GB card? Anyone have a hankering to congregate there somewhere Oct 7th and/or 8th? That's Friday and Saturday.

It’s a good thing I am on the west coast and can not go.
I would never get out of the chocolate factory. Dave

Factory not open when the meet is in. However there is a store you can spend scads of cash at that is open! <chuckle> They used to run tours of a plant mockup, etc but it got pretty crowded. they needed to cut back.
If you use Google Earth or something similar to locate the plant, the huge parking lot N of the main building is where the cars are parked. Then there is the Car Corral (buy/sell) and Flea Market covering some more acreage. It's a multi-day event for a reason! Checked and I am not on call, so I'm thinking right now that October 7th will be the run with maybe an overnight stay until the 8th.
