Why is it puzzling?

The Fiesta will be the first Kinetic Ford designed car in Canada (Canada is part of North America), hence the wording "North American Debut of Ford Kinetic Design".

If you know of another Kinetic Ford designed car in North America please share.

Ford Ranger? Nope, ours is the Thai Mazda B-series!

(There are specialized US car import company's here, but I mean through the official channels)
