Well I have 3.9% APR with my credit union for up to 72 months, I was just hoping Ford would do some 0% or 1.9% APR, but with profits these last two quarters, it doesn't seem likely.

I didn't like the body kit from what I saw on the build price and reserve website. The front lip just jutted out too much for me.

The body kit looks better in person than it does in that generated picture. I have hundreds of pictures of the 3D carbon kit, and it doesn't stick out that far. I noticed the same thing, and it probably just the rendering.

Just heard from my Fiesta reservation specialist and she said that the dealers can place orders for the Fiesta on Monday Feb 8th.

Are there any pictures available of actual Fiestas with the body kit?

From my past experience with buying new models, and working in a factory producing new models, I'd prefer to NOT get the first deliveries. Let the factory workers produce a few thousand cars to acquire their skills and work out the bugs from the production equipment and systems before making my car.

Agreed. That's partly why I'm waiting until near the deadline to place my order and don't want delivery until just before the September deadline for delivery.

Another rather inteligent thing to do and I do this when I look at new cars is to see the build date. I avoid cars built on Monday's or Friday's. Way too many bad experiences with cars built on those days.

While this is true for just about every situation. Sometimes 1st year models come with a couple of perks that the other models don't. Like the Nissan GTR. I have an 01 IS300 (1st year model in the US) and it has a firmer suspension and rides slightly lower stock than 02+.

Not scared of getting an early build example. First year bugs were a problem for American cars back in the old days, but Ford is up to world class quality now.
