I will post response when I get one and would suggest that any one else that reserved early and hasn't gotten a flash drive in the mail,or has already ordered their car but still got an email saying that they can now order their car,make sure that your reservation numbers match what the lastest email shows.
If not I would contact your reservation specialist and see if they can fix it.
Even better I know that there is a reservation specialist,Matthew Wolfe,that post on this board at times and if you read this then post on here what we need to do to fix this. I hope it doesn't involve resubmitting order now and delaying arrival of my car even further.

Yes, sometimes this happens when you have duplicates in the system. The system that we use can sometimes be tricky if you don't do it right, you will end up with one reservation that has the original, and if another is re-submitted, and we merge it, sometimes the reservation number changes.
The best thing to do, is just shoot me an email at mwolfe@fordlm, with you last name, and zip code, and I will double check it for you. As long as you have a reservation number, you are safe. This I can assure you. It is a simple fix in the system.
