I was out driving yesterday. Temps on the dash thermometer indicating high 90's. Just befor I got home I saw 101 degrees.
The AC was doing quite well to keep me comfortable.
Just thought I would share.

Yep. I had 106 yesterday but dirtyblueshirt had the whopper of 120!
It's like the surface of the sun out there.

Today isn't so bad, nor was yesterday, but the few previous to that were heat indexes of around 115. Very high humidity. Was brutal, but had no trouble with my AC keeping up either. Just had to flog my car a bit harder to accelerate reasonably.

It was supposed to be close to 80 here yesterday. I wore capris. It was like 70 all day and overcast. Pretty disappointing. Same for today, hoping for some sunshine.

We probably won't see triple digits here until the very end of July at the earliest. (:

Eh. I work in AC and have a car with AC. I'm not really an outdoorsy person, so the heat doesn't bother me.

It's 103 here...I did not use AC this afternoon...I'm hypermiling for a 53+ mpg tank...fuel-up tonight.
