I have one thing to say after a 2000km ride this past week, the seats suck lol, theres like a plastic bolster that cuts the blood flow in both my thights (had to raise myself with a towel) and theres no lumbar support at all those are the cloth seats. (and im not big either, 5'10" 145 pounds) my sister SES with leather dont have this problem, is the underlayer of the leather seats different?
oh yeah and now my driver side seat creaks lol. |

My cloth seat fits me just fine with no unusual pressure points. Would be nice if they were a bit longer to fit my long inseam better but most people have shorter legs than me. I spent about 4 hours in it on one trip and was still very comfortable.
Try riding 700 plus miles a day on DR650 road/dirt bike and I'd be surprised if you would ever complain about your Fiesta's seat again. ![]()

I have to disagree as well, I drove an '05 Civic Si (Pretty agressive buckets) and a Passat W8 (Big, 5 way power seats with adjustable lumbar). The Fiesta is by far the most comfortable car i've driven on a long road trip, and I'm 6'2.

My seat feels like I'm driving a motorcycle. Laid back, feet and arms out.(That's the way I have it adjusted.) I do have one seat cushion under me to keep my legs from falling "asleep". Really no complaints.

my driver side seat may have a defect because my girlfriend drove for about 100 km of the ride back home, I was in the passenger seat and it is far more comfortable.
PS. We also have a civic (2008) and the seat has a lot more lumbar support for a long ride. |

i'm 6'2" 170lbs and drove my car from south florida to ohio and back. i drove up to ohio in one day. only by the very end of the trip, i felt uncomfortable. but im sure if you sat in a lazy boy for 24 hours, you'd be uncomfortable in the end too

I have to agree with you here but i think there is a "sweet spot" that can be reached with this seat. That being said however the sweet spot is not easy to adjust to but i find the lower the seat goes the more comfortable it becomes (however not too low that it makes it annoying to hold the steering wheel).

I find my seat very comfortable. I once drove for 5 hrs., then I had to stop for a potty break. Then drove 3 more hrs.
Between the seat and steering wheel, there are a lot of different adjustments. It might help to experiment to find something more comfortable. |

I have no issues with the cloth seats after 13K miles. I'm 5'11' and about 200 pounds. My 6'1" son (235 pounds) also has no issues with either driver or passenger seating in the front. We both have issues with the rear seating, though - legroom is sort of lacking and headroom for us is skimpy.
Prior car - 2001 Dodge Neon for 8 years. That was an uncomfortable car for long runs. But I got it for the MPG.
