Yesterday I got stuck in a traffic jam at a cinstruction site.
So creeping along with out my foot on the throttle, I glanced at the tach and the rpm was arounf 1200. I put my foot on the brake and the rpm dropped to normal idle. Released the brake, applied a little throttle to get moving, then off. Same thing. This is on my SE Powershift. So it appears we have a creep mode. |

Sounds creepy to me. ![]() Every car I've ever owned (automatic) has done this. It's always in gear and once it overcomes the inertia of standing still it will creep. And the rpm will increase slightly. Perfectly normal.

Gotta love a manual
. It does exactly what you want, when you want . Well, except for that not going into reverse thing .
