Duh! - Polk’s Tom Libby says the Fiesta's status “suggests the domestics can seriously compete in the sub-compact space, which according to most light vehicle forecasts will be an increasingly important category going forward.”

I'm glad to see the Fiesta is doing well. It'll never be a volume leader here in the states, of course, but it's a nice car and deserves to sell well.

Default My Parking lot has 6 fiestas

Here at the Medical College of Wisconsin I have seen 3 other hatchbacks beside my own and 2 sedans and our parking lot only has 400 to 600 cars

I posted on this thread earlier with more links where the fiesta is ranked #1 and ranked under top #10 X_x but I guess since I'm a new poster it was flagged for moderation. :x

That's seriously one of the reasons why I bought this car though. It's really well regarded and I'm glad Just gotta customize and really make it my own!

With zero USA components can you call the Fiesta a domestic?

I bought my Fiesta knowing it is an import.

It's considered as a domestic because it was designed and engineered by Ford. Most of it was designed in Ford of Germany and then later, here in the US as it was modified for the North American markets. Where things are built is secondary. Your point is well taken though.
