I found a blemish while detailing the new Fiesta.

Looks like some bad mix in the dye or something caused a color defect (light spot) in one of the door panels. It is not BAD but of course I see it every time I get in. Do you think ford might replace the panel...am I use asking for some other bigger issue? Check out the picture, kinda hard to see it is more noticeable in real life.

I doesn't appear to be wear and it doesn't blend to clean out...the pix are after a little clean up and interior detail spray to see if that would hide it ...

I would've hardly noticed unless you pointed it out. Just wait until the lower doors get scruffed by peoples shoes getting out, and it'll blend right in!

dings...get a visit from the painless dent removal guy......

I tend to park to reduce the chances of dings when ever I can.

My Audi has 250k+ and has had the a couple visits from the painless dent removal guys. I try to keep my cars looking new, problem is like with the audi it is just worn out but I can't get rid of it because it still looks good..and even drives well when it is in the mood.

Your car's identical twin is on the way, I guess you could swap parts with it.

I wish...I'd try to get them swap out my bumper too, for one that hasn't been drilled.

Upon further thought, the parts swap might not be fair to the guy who actually buys the twin. I guess if you find enough blemishes you could swap the entire car, and send the original back to the island of misfit Fiestas.
