4,124, up 7% from last year.
For reference, the other subcompact sales I've seen so far this month are: Nissan Versa 8,889 Kia Soul 7,109 Toyota Yaris 6,792 (!) Ford Fiesta 4,124 Chevy Sonic 3,833 Honda Fit 2,822 Kia Rio 2,005 |

Versa must be from those ridiculous commercials showing what the legroom looks like with the front seats removed or something.
BTW Ford...your lack of advertising shows in your sales.

Agreed! I only ever see ads for the Fusion. I understand wanting to sell higher end products, but the sub-compacts need visibility too!

Where are you finding those sales figures? Are they for US market only or are they word market figures?

The Versa is bigger than the other cars -- it is more the size of a large compact (the old model hatchback nosed into the EPA midsize class by interior room) rather than a subcompact.

I'm not seeing too many Fleet Fiestas around here, you can usually tell by a little barcode in the window. Last year there were a lot more of them.
I think the 2011 Yaris supply pretty much ran out with the earthquake because the Yaris factory was the most hard-hit. Most of the sales generated this past month were probably 2012 models, but I can't say I've seen one yet.
