My window issue is fixed. A few months ago I posted that my driver side window squeaked when going up. I bugged the dealer asking them to take care of it when the car went in for service, they forgot. I then asked them to look at it when my rear shocks needed to be replaced, they "forgot". I finally stopped in one day last week to ask the service manager to at least hear it. When she did hear it she was shocked. She described it as a horrible squeal. She booked me in for the next day.

I dropped the car off and within 2 hours they delivered it to my work. The squeak was finally gone, but I have no idea what they did, nor did I ask the guy that delivered it.

I know we got our fair share of complaint threats, so its refreshing to see some issues getting fixed
