Post Dealer Satisfaction Survey - Part II

This non-FF forum poll was inspired from a post that Audrey made in the thread started by Sterno titled Dealer Satisfaction Survey

Most of us were asked to fill out a dealer satisfaction survey and “encouraged” to give an excellent rating on each question when we bought our Fiestas. Most of us felt it was unfair and demeaning. I thought, why not provide a survey that is totally uninfluenced by Ford or the dealership that we the consumer can honestly provide feedback (at least to ourselves) without being strong-armed or bribed.

I’m using GOOGLE docs to make the survey. It’s my first time doing this, so I hope it works. If not well, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

The first several questions deal with the dealership and the next several are Fiesta related (I’m trying to keep it short and sweet). I’m using a 1 to 5 rating system (1 being poor, 5 being excellent) instead of actual answers. Although you’re welcome to provide a comment, I’m encouraging readers to just vote in the survey and not bother with a comment.

Since our FF forum is not setup for multiple questions with several possible answers, I’m inviting you all to a GOOGLE docs survey form I created.

I suspect the overall results will be favorable (after all we did buy the Fiesta because we like it) but it will be interesting to see our views about our Fiesta experience.

I lifted the 1st four “dealer” questions from The Ford Store San Leandro (Customer Satisfaction Survey) because they seem to reflect the typical set of questions dealing with dealers regardless of the brand of car. I added the question about dealer service because I think a customer goes beyond just a purchase.

The Fiesta specific questions are of my own design and are purposely generalized.

PS...Even though I know it's possible to take the survey several times, I'm asking that you don't. After all it's for our benefit to have an accurate as possible response.

I took it, however the dealer where I bought my car is over 100 miles away so I take make car to my local Ford dealership for maintnance. So the answers are answered for different dealers.
