I can only assume it's a pretty accurate score since the Dodge Caliber and the Toyota Corolla are at the very bottom of that list. That's where I would have put them.

Iv noticed in that article and in a few others that the complain about the mpg rating of 29/40 being misleading that its only with the SFE package. but I regularly get 29-30 city and 39-42 highway and the only option dont have the SFE package or the powershift, and I dont exactly baby the skinny peddle either.

so I dont get it? what are they talking about?

Most of the time milage is better than advertised on small cars; the Honda Civic is a prime example of this. The articles complaining are just media fluff.

Only on small cars though... I hate driving the Explorer. The new one is supposed to be about efficiency. That thing is a pig. Plenty of power though, I must say.
