Post Fiesta Sales: January 2012

A few asian favorites have dropped but Mazda 2 is climbing, Fiesta slipping a bit.

Is that US sales, Europe or worldwide? Looks too low to be WW, Europe only maybe?

Gas prices should climb through spring. When we hit $4 a gallon, we'll see if small car sales start to rise again.

This might also have something to do with the seasons, though this is a mild winter throughout America. I never think, lets go buy a small compact car when it's winter.

I figure because in Europe it's not just a re-badged Chev, its a legit Suzuki with actual engineering in it. Not just some fat American trying to get the last dieing breath out of a dead engine design... I'm looking at you push rods.

It's the EU Swift I'm curious about, which is a wicked machine. Not the rehashed Daewoo Swift + that we get here.
