I think you're right. I wasn't sure in the first pic (looks too dark), but the second one looks like an exact match.

BTW, I envy your 17" Titanium wheels. Prior to the US intro of the 2011 Fiesta, Ford showed the car with those wheels, but withdrew them at the last minute. I thought they were going to save them for the upcoming ST, but I see different wheels on the prototypes/concepts. Ford also screwed us with no 3-door and no fog lights

Here's Phantom ... I do believe Monterey Grey and Midnight Sky are the same.

the color does look very similar in the pictures im almost sure its the same and its just a marketing question...
