The Kia Jenga... Oops, I mean Venga!

Supposedly it won't be available in the North American market because it will cut into Soul hamster sales, but the Kia Venga looks like a worthy competitor and has body lines very similar to the Fiesta. I really like the panoramic glass roof. The interior is kind of blah... and that steering wheel is just plain ugly.

It is a nicely styled car, better than the Aveo, but not up to Fiesta standards. It is hard to make a short car look good. The name "Venga" sounds too much like Vega. For those old enough to remember, the Chevy Vega was one of the worst cars of all time. Sold more Hondas and Toyotas than there marketing departments.

I have to agree, if the price is right, and being a Kia it probably will be this is one very nice little hatchback, sure it might not be as great handling, but I don't think that is what this car is supposed to be about....

I like this Venga waaaay more than that fugly stupid Mouse-mobile called the soul...It seems like every car company in the US thinks we want a bloated Scion xB.

I have a feeling that this Venga will replace the Rio next year, and that would be a good thing...

BTW I think venga is classic spanish for "I go" unlike the mexican and south american version that is Yo voy. I could be confused though.

looks nice. we have a new kia sorento that's a killer suv. Kia is bringing out a Forte hatchback soon that looks good, too.
