There is some question concerning US vs EU intakes since we have an extra tube on our intake tube. I think the airbox is the same, but the hose is on the tube going from the MAF to the TB. I need to dig out my engine pictures of the Fiesta Movement car and look again. The air filters are the same. I would guess the header and exhaust would be the same on both cars.

the Samco induction pipe supplied in the 140ps kit from Mountune that goes from the air box to the throttle body does not work on the NA Fiesta. I acquired one to try it on my Fiesta. The NA Fiesta has a vacuum line that's not on the EU Fiesta. Samco needs to add a fitting on it so it will work. the air box is the same so the K&N drop filter fits.

So are their any options for someone in California to improve their power? Does it really matter if it passes smog testing anyway?

In 4 or 6 years it takes to do your 1st SMOG test you should learn how to return your car to stock form for testing, or save up to pay someone return it to stock form.

For those that can, please chime in. If I'm digressing from the thread, I apologize.
You are right Mr. Green. I have a CAI on my VW GTI. They mainly improve sound and throttle response. But I have also found that I return better gas mileage. As far as power goes, I don't feel much of a difference, maybe a 5-10 crank horsepower increase.

Hey guys, just checkin in here to give an update. We are wrapping up the FSWerks Cool-Flo fabrication work and R&D for the US Fiesta. The exhaust work is still on going, though and will be a bit longer. It is something we are actively working on, though.

Previously we created one-off units for the LA, Chicago, and Cleveland Auto show Fiestas, but these new units are for full production and we pretty much decided to start over, hence the delay.

Awesome update Randy!
I was talking with Vik over on FJ about the exhaust. I am looking forward to what FSWerks will be making available for the Fiesta.
