So I installed the Steeda short shifter yesterday. Love the feel and height of the new shifter. The stock was way to high. I use to joke to my friends that it felt like driving a manual in a truck.
The install took longer cause this was the first time I was taking the Fiesta apart. It's actually not a hard install at all. The directions had pictures of the Euro version Fiesta so that slowed some things down. Otherwise, everything was clear once I figured out what to do. I also replaced the rubber bushings with the aluminums. I didn't take photos cause it's been posted in this thread. I am planning on changing the booth cover though. Thanks to Central Ford Motorsports!

Any reccomendations as to where to order a shortshifter from if its being shipped to canada, steeda's site says it does not ship internationally - And Dealers usually overpriced

if i had a 5 speed i would get the cheapest one with the shortest throw. if i had the money i would buy the one that's the best balanced. i have used b&m for the longest time. cartboy is nice. there's some really nice brands. the counter weighted stuff is the best.
