I want to buy this kit, the only downside is I do not have paypal. I am going to try and set one up--but with me being in Afghanistan--paypal tends to lock accounts because they find it suspicious.

He might be able to take a card over the phone. I'd email him and ask what options you have.

He said to just email him when I am back in the states (when I am able to open a paypal account). It's better I do it that way, I just hope he doesn't run out by then. Heh.
