Good points. I didn't even notice this thread was in the for sale section since I always just hit the "New Posts" button.

As far as buyer beware goes, at least two of us have received the kit and have it installed.

As for sponsors matching, the possibility of this deal was bouncing around for several days before it was confirmed and anyone had even purchased one. No sponsors chimed in...

It was pointed out that a possible deal on a CAI might also be a possibility...seems like the seller has some ties to car parts in general and at least a couple for the Fiesta, so maybe it would be worth mentioning the possibility of becoming a sponsor here...

Wow is all I can say. This topics been going around for 2 weeks or so.
Several members on here have orders and at least a couple have received the exhausts.

There are several sponsors who sell this exhaust and not one mentioned interest in offering the exhaust to ANY & ALL members on here for $370 shipped.

As with any Internet purchase you should protec yourself. PayPal is pretty good about covering their buyers and sellers. I've bad many dealings with PayPal (have well over 1000 transactions in eBay and PayPal transactions).

Then again visa, MasterCard both have chargeback options to protect their card holders. So if the guy selling these decides to all of a sudden start ripping people off, there are measures one could use that protect them from fraud.

So. With that being said, if you want the magnaflow exhaust for a better price than any of the sponsors on FF have offered the members, then get ahold of Mike Bird, the guy who made this deal with me and offered it to so many others.

I've moved this thread once again to the Performance section, as that is the best place for it.

In regards to the exhaust in question. It does in fact sound like an amazing price. If it's legit, then some of you have scored a great deal.

I do encourage people to buy from our sponsors if and when they can. It's their support that keeps this site up and running (and free) for everyone. But, a deal is a deal.

I would just reiterate the 'buyer beware' sentiment. I've been around the aftermarket performance industry for a loooong time. And, when a price (especially on eBay) seems 'too good to be true', I'm cautious.

So, there may be more to the story. But, I'm not going to speculate at this point.

Sounds good on the thread location. That doesn't matter to me, I didn't realize the rules said personally physically own.

On the other note. I live in Indiana, tel likes in oregon. We got our without issue. I think several others posted they got their tracking info.

Anyways mine showed up in a 100% retail box sealed. Couldn't be happier wth the deal, seller and especially the amazing price!

Mentioned it in the intake thread, but I got my order in for the exhaust as well. Should be here next Monday with the intake shortly after. Thinking about the FRPP Suspension as well
