Default Windshield fluid brand

Do you guys use the recommended Windshield fluid (Motorcraft ZC-32-A) or do you buy generic?

What brand do you recommend?

Me too. But people who have used RainEx swear by the virtues of its advantages. My daughter uses it exclusivly and says she must put a tape message over the reservoir to prevent the oil change guys or dealer from topping off with the blue stuff. She claim the additional cost is offset by less use and better wiper performance. She claims she only buys two gallons a year. And she is on the road very often in high traffic areas that tend to throw a lot of road crap at her. When I'm done with my case of 99 cent gallons I might try it.

i've used the rainex stuff. not worth the money imo, bu maybe i didn't use it long enough. i still use it as much as the blue stuff and it costs a lot more. i just get whatever is available at the gas station i happen to be at that's cheap.

the best stuff available IMO is the orange rainEx stuff... it's like $2.50 a gallon and makes your windows shed off water... It can stain white cars (I know from experience)... never had issues with other color cars with it.

I generally use the blue stuff.
I have tried the "Ice" stuff, forgot the name. Doesn't work very well.

I swear by Rain-X. It does take a couple of gallons to make it bead and clean properly but once it's there you can use the wipers on interval in anything but the heaviest rain.
