My understanding is that until a dealership maint dept. actually gets the vehicle in and starts putting updates on the vehicle "I hear a noise" or whatever they write... that contacting canada ford customer service is moot point and won't help you much.
My apointment for the noise is for Thursday at 8:00 AM. They should have a mechanic available to ride with me.. either drive or sit as a passenger and they will try to diagnose or approve of what I am hearing, and then to run a diagnostic.. Biggest one I want for them is to acknowledge the noise I am hearing and state its not normal.... After that if theres any issues I will contact Ford Canada Customer Service and possibly ask for help from this forums ford reps..... I've had my noise since taking the used vehicle off the dealership lot and driving it home

Well, I just took a mechanic for a ride and he acknowledges it as not being normal.
