Seems I have heard of it before.
Having a discussion with a friend and would like to get the real info.
I know that Quebec requires them. Ontario does Not.

Costco seems to have two rebates going on:
Pirelli - $70 rebate
Bridgestone - $70 rebate

Outside of that:
Pirelli - up to $70 rebate
Continental - depends on the tire, but it ends on December 15th
Goodyear - depends on the tire, but it ends December 17th

For Canadians, we need to be careful where we buy their tires because the rebate offers might not apply across all retailers. For example, sometimes places like Canadian Tire might offer an "instant rebate", and in the fine print of some tire manufacturers might state that the instant rebate is in lieu of the mail-in rebate.

So far they seem like great tires but I'll have to wait for some Snow & Cold to see for sure.
I got my $70 Rebate Cheque from Michelin in the mail last night.
