What's everyone doing for winter tires (where applicable) I got mine installed today. GoodYear Eagle UltraGrip GW3. Apparently they're good enough for the local RCMP.

I will be getting some Firestone winterforce studded as soon as $ permits! and I won't even have to paint the steelies...

Question this answer for me. All those that are installing winter tires, what are you doing with the summer tires? Store them at home, kept in storage by the tire dealer? Do they charge storage fees? Did you buy extra rims?

195/60x15 Blizzaks on Contour wheels. A little large but they are what I had for ice racing.
I store my off season tires in my celler. Ideal place, dark and cool but never goes below freezing. |

It's not cold enough for Winter Tires here yet. (It has to Always be Below 7C or the tires wear out due to the softer rubber compound)
