Tire Chains/Cables

I guess that means Fiesta is out if you live in the mountains about 10 miles north of here. In So. Cal. you get snow, "chains required" for a week followed by 60 degree weather so "Winter" tires are out if you have to go down into one of the big cities which are all in warm valleys. Understand about the broken chains. Got a flat in Germany and we think it was from a broken chain part in the road.
