I had this happen to my SHO Taurus up in NY. I then started leaving it in gear instead of using the parking brake. What a PITA!

in case anyone is curious, the reason they freeze is the heat build up. The drums cool way faster than the shoes, causing them to freeze.

If you arent driving it hard the fiesta brakes shouldn't be hot enough to freeze.
