Default Wheels or Suspension?

Ok, so my tax returns came over the weekend and I think its time to blow it on my car
Unfortunately, I don't have enough for both wheels and suspension right now. Whats more important in yalls opinion?

wheels give it looks... Suspension gives ride and handling improvements (most of the time)... What are you looking for?

IMO wheels are the way to go to start, larger 17" will take some slop out of the turns anyways (and possibly make the ride stiffer overall). plus give it a better overall look...

But as always, it's your car... you gotta live with what you do to it.

Depends on what you are looking for.
Wheels are 90% bling and can be more expensive when changing the size. Involves tires and wheels.
Suspension is 10% bling (lowering). Handling can be improved and ride deteroorated to some extent.
For me, a set of "summer" tires and snows or all seasons for winter.
Perhaps a rear sway bar.

For the entire set-up for wheels, you're looking at least $1400. Which is what I am doing because I rather have summer wheels and winter wheels. This will prolong the time before you need to purchase new wheels again too.

Prolong the time at 2-3 times the cost just saying....

I did mean tires.

And I don't get it...how does that make it Canadian? Where I put my dollar symbol?

If you stay with the stock size wheels and keep your TPMS, tires run from $350 to $750 app. Plus mounting and balancing.
Best thing is to visit a site such as The Tire Rack. They have a plethora of infromation and choices.
A set of "summer tires" is the first thing in improving handling.

1400$ seems steep, hence Canadian.
