Default Let's talk interior accessories

So I picked up Ford's Custom Accessories catalog when I was at the dealership.

There is a noticeable absence of little nooks and crannies to put sunglasses, phone, coins (I don't count that area in the back of the console lol), etc.

I do put the phone in the spot where the USB port is but .....

Anyway. I see in the catalog the:

Reversible Cargo Mat

Polytec Foha armrest (been reading the thread on this)

Ash Cup/Coin Holder

Thoughts on these? Best place to order?

If I were you, I would not get the Polytec Foha armrest but would opt for the Boomerang armrest.

The Boomerang armrest looks better, works well, has a great sliding cup holder nice and high and has a metal chassis for strength (which the Polytec is totally only plastic).

Boomerang worked with Ford to design their armrest to match the Fiesta grains and colors!!!!!!!!!!

They are both about the same price as well.

I have both the cargo mat and the Ford armrest...love both. Regarding the armrest, FF folks have both and comments vary-I like the Ford version a lot but if I had a leather interior, I would probably opt for the Boomerang model. All-weather mats are useful for those of us in wet weather areas (or just messy). I also have a couple of Thule car accessory bags to keep stuff like a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, small tools, etc.

I've got the poly armrest, I like it just fine. If I had the boomco one, I'd like it just fine. They both have their positives and negatives.

I have the Polytech Foha armrest. There is nothing wrong with it not having a steel frame. It has plenty of strength. I'm not planing on sitting on it. It has far more storage in it. I still have two cupholders. One per passinger. When it comes to storage, I take all I can get. It has two compartments in them. Soft anti rattle. I'm not sure but the cup holder on the Boomerang may not work will with the five speed. The black matches fine. As for the textures, Ford didn't match its own interior very well. Every piece seems to have a different texture. The Polytech has the only piece of padded vinyl in the car!

I bought the Polytech for the larger storage. I would buy it again. I can't say the same for the Fiesta.

I have a small plastic cup that lives in the middle cup-holder for change and small odds and ends. I put my sunglasses here:

I got the Polytec Foha armrest and it's awesome. It does not interfere with shifting nor the parking brake. There's plenty of room inside it to hold stuff so I don't need to reach for the glove box for items that I use on a daily basis. there a clip of the back to hold stuff too. my Ford dealer ordered it.

lol

'cause #1, I live in MI, where the days start and end as winter and in the middle it's like an Arizona summer. #2, cold-blooded by nature, always have been. and #3 it's always either full hot or full cold, what can I say, except I guess I like extremes!

Is there enough room inside the armrest to store a small GPS with friction mount? That's one thing I like about the wife's Prius, That and the hidden accessory plug, just pull it out an plop it in the dash and go.

Those with boomerang, feel free to answer the same question.
Thanks.
