Default Internet speed.
How fast are you able to surf? I'd say mine is about average for cable internet:

This morning its running slow. Usually I surf a bit faster.

Even if your computer is really weak, it shouldn't affect your internet connection speed. Just the speed at which it processes the information it gets.

My connection sucks!


And it varies. But it still sucks! At least I got a C- this time.
