Default 1936 Pontiac Assembly Line

Here is a video, of a typical automobile assembly line.

If you notice, no robots here. Could you imagine hanging tires, by hand, for 8 hours a day?

The Car basically was built by hand.

Can't believe the danger the men faced while working in some close or confined areas between machines!

Cars are still assembled by hand in a lot ways. These monotonous jobs have been replaced by other blue collar positions in stores like Wal-Mart and Target, or fast food restaurants like McDonalds and Burger King. There are still many dangerous jobs; many that did not exist in 1936.

I think web and client don't go together. Unless you count different browsers as different "clients." Web based email systems use interfaces but are clientless.
