So I was in a parking lot rolling along. I stopped to let someone get out of their spot. Low and behold a lancer that was parallel to me backs into me. The driver states when he comes over to me "Don't worry bro i'm not mad at you" (He is a well known pill popper, no not the ones he needs for medical use). Keep in mind I've only had my fiesta for 3 months and its my first new car. Now Im stuck fighting with his insurance company that he gave a false witness report. When image evidence from the accident should show how the other driver is at fault. Now I have to ask what would you do in my situation? Cause Im running out of ideas.

Your insurance agent should be dealing with his. You should hire an attorney for advice if the dispute is out of hand.

Wish it was that simple but when they put in my plan they didnt include collision so Im basically on my own with this.

I did file one but for w.e reason they are only counting his as valid. Its just been an upsetting headache.

there's only one police report. if the police report is wrong then you need to speak to the officer that filed the report and have him/her fix whatever is incorrect on it.

Seems there were 2 for some reason. I have no idea. But I know for a fact his is false. So either he has connections and is abusing it or something.

First off, how bad was the accident? Can you share this "image evidence"? I know this might be getting old but why exactly is your police report invalid?
