Got caught in a very serious storm this arvt got smashed with golf ball hailstone which did not make a dent or mark on the car anywhere but the water claimed the road very quickly and also claimed my car.water through footwells didnt touch the seats or go through the boot.Had to get a tow truck home where i took the spark plugs out and filter and turned it over to have water come out of cylinders 1 and 2
so tommorow ive got to find a way of getting the water out of the cylinders and footwells any advice would be great.

Getting water in your cylinders can blow your heads Among other things. because water can't compress like air. So when the cylinder reaches TDC, the piston tries to compress the water and can't, so the force has to go somehwhere. A blown head gasket if you're lucky. warped heads, blown piston rods or other if you're not. That's why people should never drive through a deep puddle if it can be helped. Water can get sucked up into your intake if its deep enough.
