That is why

I like lower since it’s not screaming in my face with a ”Hey! Look at me!” placement. I still may try putting it in the window and have it above my phone just to see how it is though.

As of now I just have the one page of gauges setup, and the options for auto cycle are pretty customizable so I won’t be needing the buttons except to reset the trips when I refuel.

The mount that comes with the ultragauge is *real* tough to use. The suction cup is a good design IF the cup was made from a more rubbery substance versus some plastic that was clearly too hard. Took a hell of a long time to get it mounted.

I installed a FRPP short throw shifter this weekend. Very satisfying.

Just a tad over 38,000kms, another oil change and regular maintenance at the local dealer.

Service advisor just gave me a heads up that next service around 45,000 is more major would take more time (money) and would involve some kind of a transmission flush.

Hmmmmm... I thought the Powershift was enclosed and maintenance free till we reach 6 figures on the odo? Not saying I'm being taken for a ride (yet) but we'll see at next service what work gets outlined.

I installed the carbon/aluminum shorty antenna. Not sure if I like it. I haven't seen it in the daylight yet though.

It's these one: 2012 SE Hatch

I have the same one. With Monterey Grey it looks fine; telero can confirm I was very skeptical at first.
