So I feel like I should help you out here ! Many people complain they dont have space, water faucet outside or they have hard water, well you should use the twin bucket rinseless washing method with specifically engineered soap which uses polymer to encapsulate dirt particule. The most known are optimum no rinse and DP rinseless.
I am posting here a couple guide to ONR and DP for your help you can also buy these products at any online detailing business (or directly from optimum in the onr case) to name a few that i know : autogeek.net, eshine.ca written guide: Rinseless Wash How-To Step 1: Insert your Grit Guard insert to the bottom of your bucket Step 2: Fill your bucket with 3 to 4 gallons of warm water Step 3: Pour in 1 oz of Optimum No Rinse per 2 gallons of water in your bucket Step 4: Soak your wash media in the water and ONR solution Step 5: Wash the surface using little to no added pressure and allow the ONR to lift contamination off of the surface Step 6: Rinse your wash medium and glide it across the Grit Guard insert to help release as much contamination as possible Step 7: Repeat steps 4 - 6 until your entire vehicle has been washed Step 8: Blot dry using waffle weave drying towels Step 9: Follow up with your choice of quick detailer and a plush microfiber towel to ensure no streaking or water is left behind Note: On heavily contaminated vehicles, we recommend pre-treating the panel you are working on with a mixture of ONR in a spray bottle, prior to washing. This will help lift the contamination prior to touching your vehicle, helping minimize adding any imperfections to the paint. pictorial: detailien.com- Optimum Car Care Malaysia: Optimum No-Rinse (ONR) Guide with Optimum Opti-Mitt and Optimum Opti-Seal Car detailer: waterless rinseless car wash, green car wash video with mike phillips part 1 :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvhyJix0IVs part 2 : http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=VmXZG85dByk hope it helps you out Last edited by sunstealth; 02-01-2012 at 02:35 PM. |
