At any time Fiesta Faction may change, add, or remove any part of these Terms of Use. IF ANY FUTURE CHANGE IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE WILL ALWAYS INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY CHANGES TO IT.

These Terms of Use are presented as a day-to-day reference as you interact in these forums and are to be considered an addendum to the Registration Forums Use Agreement

To make everyone's time here as fun and informative as possible, please respect your fellow members. The Fiesta Faction community is made up of a diverse group of people. As such, not everyone will see eye-to-eye on every subject. And while we encourage spirited debate where appropriate, we do not condone discourse that becomes antagonistic. If it's clear that you simply do not agree with someone, please just agree to disagree, and move on.

Posting
The Fiesta Faction.com discussion forums exist to discuss topics related to the Ford Fiesta or other auto-related topics. An Off Topic forum is provided for other items that may be of interest to forum members (i.e. movies, music, etc.). Please keep all non-automotive topics confined to that forum.

What am I NOT allowed to post? (Infractions)

A. The following is a list of items which are absolutely not tolerated. Any single violation of these will result in IMMEDIATE PERMANENT SUSPENSION (Banning) of your account:

• Pornography (this includes providing links).
• Profanity/Extremely vulgar language. DO NOT bypass the swear filters.
• Posts made attacking any particular race, gender, religion or sexual orientation.
• Flaming (posts made to deliberately incite or perpetuate a conflict or argument).
• Personal attacks or harassment of fellow members. Either in the forums or via Private Message (PM).
• Spam (commercial solicitation from non-sponsoring entities).
• Forum bombing (aka post whoring), making repeated pointless posts.
• Ignoring or arguing with a Site Adminitrator's or Moderator's decision or request.
• Threatening legal action against the Site Administrator, or any other user of the Site.
• Posting unauthorized and/or personal information that is not your own.
• Discussion of illegal activities including, but not limited to, street racing, drug use, or swapping of copyrighted material.
• Posting links that are deliberately meant to crash computers or that send users to a site meant to compromise their computer in some way.

B. The following is a list of items which are not allowed. Any single violation of these may result in IMMEDIATE TEMPORARY SUSPENSION (Banning) of your account. The length of the suspension will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Site Adminstrators and/or Moderators:

• NO Rickrolling. Do not post a link to a video, or any other links that take a member to something other than what is implied in the thread.
• No SHOUTING (i.e. Don't use all capital letters when posting)
• DO NOT repeatedly bring up topics that have been "voted down" by the community.
• DO NOT reintroduce topics whose original thread was closed.
• If your post/thread is moved or deleted, DO NOT start a "where did my post/thread go?" thread.
• No cross-posting (posting links in one Faction forum to a thread in another Faction forum).
• Please limit the use of cr3ative spell1ng. It is difficult to read.
• No buying, selling, or trading outside of the Classifieds Forum (Coming Soon).
• DO NOT post messages that violate Federal, State, Provincial or Local laws which include, but are not limited to, anything that violates a copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or is bound by a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
• DO NOT impersonate other individuals or falsely represent yourself.
• DO NOT allow a banned user access to your account.
• DO NOT post under various screen names.
• DO NOT make a thread asking why a post was locked. Contact the moderator of that forum directly via PM or email.
• DO NOT over use the "Report This Post" feature. More than twice per day by any individual will be considered abuse.
• No In Before The Lock (IBTL) posts.

How we deal wtih Infractions

• Any single infraction from list A. above will result in IMMEDIATE PERMANENT SUSPENSION (Banning) of your account.
• Any single infraction from list B. above may result in IMMEDIATE TEMPORARY SUSPENSION (Banning) of your account.

The Three Strikes Rule
Committing the same infraction from list B. above three (3) times within a 12-month period will result in IMMEDIATE PERMANENT SUSPENSION (Banning) of your account.

Fiesta Faction does not make any warranty or guarantee in regards to any post made by any individual or company posting on the Site, including registered members, guests, volunteer staff and advertisers (sponsors).
