Sync: On Cherri I noticed there is a compass bearing shown in the upper-right of the display ... just left of the time. There is an entry for something similar on an SES ... so perhaps that and this are the same? My cars are SE

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Cobra for pointing this out! I never noticed it and don't recall reading about it in the owner's manual. One of the percs at my job is they pay for a parking spot in a large, protected parking deck (out of the sun all day; yay!) but I have a biz card-sized prox card that I have to swipe to get in/out of the deck. It was a royal pain reaching over and shuffling through the glove compartment every morning trying to find it by feel. Now I've stuck it in that little visor slot and ... well, it's PERFECT!

You REALLY need to read some of this stuff ahead of time! This thread exists for things that aren't in the manual. I learned some stuff as well.

I use that strap to hold my security and emergency badges, so for me it is also quite important.

Great tips in here folks, I picked up my SES last week and there were quite a few things in here that I wasn't aware of (even after reading through most of the manual).
